About Owners Corporation Managers in Victoria

In Victoria, professional owners corporation managers — still widely referred to as body corporate managers, the term used before the Owners Corporations Act 2006 renamed the role — must hold current registration with the Business Licensing Authority (BLA) and maintain professional indemnity insurance. If a company isn't listed here, it is not legally registered to manage owners corporations in Victoria.
