“Unprofessional , unsympathetic, greedy and terrible at their job. We recently engaged the services of a new strata mgr for our building. Rather than managing the grievances maturity and professionally, Renae has threatened us with legal action and suing us for $270k. I do not recommend Area Strata mgt”
