“Corin's response time is horrific. As is most strata manager's unfortunately. If you can avoid strata I would, but in some cases you can't. Just pray that you can get a half decent strata manager that will actually reply to your emails, or answer your phone calls. CSTM is definitely not the one...”

“Zero stars from me. Latest management leaves a lot to be desired. They happily take your strata fees until a problem arises and then it's all too hard and they can't cope. So happy to leave and would never recommend CSTM. Complete young and inexperienced staff.”
