“Total change of staff in the last few mths unknown to our strata. Our appointed strata manager won't answer straight out questions & is making it very difficult to work with. I am at the point of considering changing to another company”

“I've paid $4430 on levies between November 16 2022 and and 4 February 2023. SMS is trying to tell me I've paid nothing since September 2022! Even with receipt numbers and amounts supplied, they engaged Grace Lawyers which increased the amount I owe..go figure! They tack on the next levies to...”
