“Had a lot of better interactions since my initial review, which I should have updated a long time ago but completely forgot about. BSM do pretty well, but it does depend on who you end up speaking to, as one person doesn't seem to quite be on the ball. Jill and Jake have so far been the most helpful :)”

“Disgraceful company. Major structural safety issues have taken months to address. Don’t answer emails. Don’t return phone calls. When they do action an issue it is the absolute minimum response possible. Definitely don’t recommend.”
