“My experience with Elite Strata has been very frustrating to say the least. They tend to make small necessary changes very difficult. Are not friendly and helpful, but talk down to you and make simple things complicated. I will never use them again, and recommend avoiding them at all cost.”

“Please never use these people as your strata management. Their strata 'managers' never respond to emails, and after you chase them up several times they give you a 'general' answer to a question that you didn't even ask. Rude on the phone, and never return phone calls when you leave messages for them.”
