“Absolutely terrible. Carolyne, David and the lot does not reply to committee representative emails or call back. What ever committee decides at meeting just does not get actioned without constant follow ups. This simple process can take months. It's absolutely frustrating to deal with Gilbey...”

“Dealing with Carolynne is extremely difficult. I was chasing reimbursement to be told their systems were down for a lengthy period. This of course didn't stop them sending out invoices. Happy to charge but not happy to credit. Emails and calls were rarely replied to.”
