“Used to be good before Margaret sold the business a few years ago, it is now very disappointing due to lack of communication and even miscommunication and negligent. Strata manager does not reply to emails unless you chase them up and mostly not available when you call them.

“I WON'T recommend this Strata. I lost my portable vacuum in the garage, I reported and asked them to check CCTV recording but not a single reply or call from them. They didn't care at all!”
