“Compared with other strata companies I have worked with, I have been pretty happy with Alcorp Strata. Strata management is a difficult business to be in, and Alcorp Strata does try to put in the effort for the issues that matter.”

“Never does anything on time. You would be better to use no company than use these guys. If you want meetings on time and AGMs held then this company is not for you.”

“They are non responsive to emails, the strata manager is friends with one of the residents who gets what she wants regardless of the other residents, if the strata manager doesn't get what she wants then it's a no go.”
