For NSW strata managing agents

Claim your profile

Your Compare Strata profile is built from public registers — StrataHub, your NSW Fair Trading licence, SCA NSW, Google and NCAT decisions. That data can't show your fees, your commission policy, the software you run, or who you take on. Add what the registers leave out, and earn a verified badge. Takes a few minutes.

  • Verified badge on your profile
  • Fees, service terms & specialisms shown publicly
  • Respond to any NCAT case on your record
  • Eligible for owner introductions in your area

Commissions & transparency
The number one question owners ask. Disclosing it builds more trust than hiding it.
Section 60 of the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015 requires agents to disclose commissions and the estimated amount. NSW reforms have tightened this further. We display your answer plainly so owners don't have to ask.
% of premium retained
Owners pay the same premium either way — disclosing the rate shows you've nothing to hide.

All disclosed under your s.60 reporting — listing them here pre-empts the question.

NCAT & tribunal case context optional
Add your response to any case shown on your profile — published as submitted

Your profile shows only the NCAT and court decisions where you were named as a party, drawn from the public NSW Caselaw record. This is your space to add your side — the outcome, the context, or what's changed since.

Cases are matched to a scheme's current manager. If one relates to a scheme you took on later, let us know and we'll correct it.
Max 500 characters. Have more than one case to address? Mention it and we'll follow up after your claim is approved. Find citations on your Compare Strata profile or via NSW Caselaw.

We review every submission before publishing. You'll hear from us within 2–3 business days. Your service details and fees will appear on your profile — your name, email and phone are never shown publicly or shared with owner enquiries.
