Commissions & transparency

The number one question owners ask. Disclosing it builds more trust than hiding it.

Section 60 of the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015 requires agents to disclose commissions and the estimated amount. NSW reforms have tightened this further. We display your answer plainly so owners don't have to ask.
